Summary and purpose
SUGARPOD OGI SL OPERADOR DE GESTIÓN INDEPENDIENTE (hereinafter "WATERMELON"), with registered office at C/ Llull, nº 321 (CINC building), 08019 Barcelona, Email: [email protected], shares its repertoire in accordance with the requirements and demands of the legal obligation contained in Article 153 (4) inc. c) of the Law on Intellectual Property, Directive 2014/26 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on collective management of copyright (hereinafter "CRM Directive") and the principles and rules of data protection. The database available contains information on the musical works in WATERMELON's repertoire, including foreign compositions represented by WATERMELON under reciprocity agreements or unilateral agreements concluded with other collecting societies.
Personal data
WATERMELON attaches great importance to the security of the information it deals with and only works with partners who can provide the same standards. All data contained in this database is processed in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Accuracy of information
The repertoire contains information on musical works managed by WATERMELON that have been provided to it by third parties under representation agreements, therefore, WATERMELON does not guarantee or represent in any way its accuracy. WATERMELON, in accordance with the Intellectual Property Law, keeps the information in its repertoire constantly updated.
Exclusion of liability
WATERMELON specifically disclaims all liability for any loss or damage that may be incurred, directly or indirectly, as a result of the use of the information in this database, or for any omissions or errors contained in this database. Any use of this information for any purpose other than consulting the works in the WATERMELON repertoire, after the last update, shall be at the user's own risk.
Other uses of the database
WATERMELON is the owner of all the rights of the database according to the legislation in force. The purpose of the database is to allow users to search the musical works that make up the WATERMELON repertoire. WATERMELON expressly prohibits any kind of extraction and/or reuse of all or a substantial part of the content of this database, unless it has obtained the express authorisation of WATERMELON.
Waiver of claims
By agreeing to these terms and conditions with respect to WATERMELON's musical works database, the user acknowledges that the user has read and understands the limitations of the information in this database and the above terms and conditions and waives any and all claims of any kind and nature against WATERMELON with respect to the user's use of this database or with respect to the musical works information contained therein.
